adjust roles and variables to new inventory names
no more distinction between secondary and primary nameservers
all nameservers get all secondary domains
if a nameserver is primary for a domain, the entry for the matching secondary will be skipped
enhance 'ffs' nameserver to ffs_dns01, ffs_dns02, ffs_dns03
make ffs_dns01 primary for *.freifunk-stuttgart.de and *.freifunk-stuttgart.net
